Share the Dream Scholarship
In 2002, Forest Lake Academy launched a new campaign to enhance the accessibility of education of it's students. The Share the Dream Scholarships provides necessary funding to assist more students with financial need to achieve their dream of graduating from Forest Lake Academy.
In the 2002/2003 school year, 28 students were able to complete their studies through these scholarships. In the 2003/2004 school year, 56 students received financial assistance, and they, too, completed the school year.
Today there is a sense of urgency to address student scholarship needs. This year we have approximately 100 students who need financial assistance if they are to finish their academic program in May.
The amount seems almost staggering: nearly $200,000.
