Bio

Nicole Ploche holds a B.Sc in Mass Communications and Journalism from Florida International University and a MA in Instructional Design and Technology and Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida.  She has nine years of experience and has been with FLA for three of those.  

Why do you feel called to Christian Education? 

I felt called to Christian Education to be able to give back! After a fulfilling career in media and engineering, I realized that my gifts and experiences were meant to serve a greater purpose, guiding and supporting youth in their growth, faith, and education. I want to be a part of helping them prepare for God’s plan for their lives.   

What do you love most about working at FLA? 

My colleague, our admin team, and our heart for our students.  

What are some activities you love to do outside of work/school? 

TRAVEL!!! I also really love crafting, cooking, and camping.
