Bio

Helen Woldemichael holds a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from Andrews University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Addis Ababa University. She has 13 years of experience in the Arts field and has spent 6 of them at Forest Lake Academy. 

Why do you feel called to Christian Education? 

As a saved Christ follower, I am called to serve in this important mission. It is a privilege to partner with God to undertake and be part of this vital work of shaping young minds with biblical truths. 

What do you love most about working at FLA? 

I love how FLA supports and nurtures its students through an ongoing quality music experience, using it to benefit their spiritual growth and to actively involve them in church worship. 

What are some activities you love to do outside of work/school? 

Painting, puzzles, soccer, ping pong, swimming, travelling and DIY projects.
