Bio

Jaymie Pottinger holds a bachelor’s degree in information science from Northern Caribbean University and a Masters in Multi-Categorial Education from Fairmont State University. He has been a part of the Forest Lake Academy team for seven years but has 18 years of experience in the education field.  

Why do you feel called to Christian Education? 

Being a part of Christian education allows me the privilege to impact lives and shape communities for eternity, while preparing students to become successful, responsible citizens when they leave Forest Lake Academy.  

 
What do you love most about working at FLA? 

I enjoy being at FLA because it gives me the opportunity to connect with students and their families and provide meaningful support.  

What are some activities you love to do outside of work/school? 
Writing, playing soccer, speaking and hanging out with my family
