Bio
Kayleith Pellandini graduated from Andrews University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work. She has nine years of experience and has been our Guidance Counselor for six months at FLA.
Why do you feel called to Christian Education?
In my role as the Guidance Counselor, it is important to me that students develop not just academically, but also spiritually and morally. At FLA, I can focus on God-centered conversations. I view this as a gift and something to not take for granted.
What do you love most about working at FLA?
Forming meaningful connections with students is what I love about my job the most. It is an honor to guide students through their academic and personal challenges and watch them grow. Students inspire and energize, and I could not be more grateful for the role I am in.
What are some activities you love to do outside of work/school?
I love listening to podcasts and audiobooks. I am fascinated by the world around me. Critters, animals and the great outdoors always have my attention. I am an artist at heart, and I love oil painting, creating, and designing!
