Bio

Roxanne Bryan holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Florida, an MBA with a concentration in Marketing, and a certificate in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management. Mrs. Bryan has over six years of experience and has been working with FLA for one year. 

Why do you feel called to Christian Education? 

I feel called to Christian education to be able to shine a light on what makes Christ-centered learning powerful—helping families see the heart of our school and why it matters for their child’s future, faith, and foundation. 

What do you love most about working at FLA? 

I love working at FLA because it feels like a family. The camaraderie among staff is uplifting, and there’s a shared passion for creating a Christ-centered space where students grow in faith and purpose. It’s inspiring to be part of a team preparing kids for a life of service and impact. 

What are some activities you love to do outside of work/school? 

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family—bike rides, walks, and just being outside together. I also enjoy board games, shopping, checking out new places around town, and traveling whenever I can.
